I had heard a lot about the Rewind Technique but it seemed like a closely guarded secret. I wondered if it was complicated. I looked at a course using this for birth trauma aimed at therapists and midwives, which I have been for 16 years. But that was £3,000! So by comparison, this course is excellent value and valuable for all trauma. The concept is so simple yet so effective. The materials are so straightforward and easy to follow and understand and for the novice you can print out the scripts. All this without leaving home makes it fantastic!
