Offered in an informative and easy learning method. You can take it at your own pace and refer back to it if you should need to. I have used it with a client who was sexually abused as a young child who had flashbacks and was permanently reliving the visualisation of it daily. On using the Rewind, after only one session they don’t think about it anymore. Another suffers from a traumatic visual image of something they experienced that they can’t get out of their head, I have used it for that also, waiting to see if we need to repeat it.
