I have gained so much from the professional knowledge within the course and UPTV in general. It did scare me that I was being trained as a Hypnotherapist but had no background in Psychotherapy at all. I feel I am better equipped now and I still have the information to hand to re-visit whenever I need it. I definitely have a better understanding of why and how issues arise and the information was presented in a way that was easy to understand and related to real life examples. I have gained more confidence as a practitioner as a result and am now building up my practice. Highly recommended. Thank you.
